Reading Books 1

Evidence suggests that children who read for enjoyment every day not only perform better in reading tests than those who don’t, but also develop a broader vocabulary, increased general knowledge and a better understanding of other culture.

We are therefore delighted to have new reading books for elementary students in which we can find a great variety of publishers and genres. For example, books about animals, places, events, informative books … and even books with stickers, they will love them!!

We have also had the honour to meet Mr. Robert Hill, who is a specialist of English Language Teaching in Europe and advisor of the original Vicens Vives Black Cat English Readers, in the “Ways in ways out” event.

We have learned new ways and methods to work readings, performing different exercises of pre-reading and post reading, which we believe will be very useful in our classes.
